7:00 pm – Woodruff Arts Center, Rich Theatre

Artist Harry Shearer is joined by Andrea Barnwell Brownlee (Curator, Spelman College Museum of Fine Art), and Jim Clancy (Anchor/Correspondent, CNN International), to discuss The Silent Echo Chamber, an exhibition of videos featuring media and political personalities in the awkward moments before “going live.” Artistic Director Stuart Horodner moderates the panel with questions about trust, privacy, celebrity, and technology.

This program takes place at the Woodruff Arts Center, Rich Theatre, 1280 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309. This program is free; however, seating is limited and must be reserved. Tickets are available through the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office at 404-733-5000, and online at www.high.org. Tickets to the Museum are sold separately.

This panel discussion is a collaboration between the Atlanta Contemporary Art Center, Atlanta Celebrates Photography, and the High Museum of Art. Funding for this program is generously provided by the Massey Charitable Trust, and The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts.
