Free and Open to the Public
The Contemporary will host teen docents from One Love Generation to interpret the work on view in Teen Paranormal Romance and speak with the public in their own terms utilizing their own vocabulary. Enjoy an exhibition tour through a contemporary teen perspective, the impetus behind the exhibition’s curatorial framework. Teen Paranormal Romance is organized by The Renaissance Society at The University of Chicago.
One Love Generation (OLG) is an Atlanta-based 501c3 tax exempt non-profit organization empowering teens to inspire positive change through art, service, and awareness. Teen artists take part in a core studio program (weekly classroom/workshop hosted by an instructor trained in the fine arts and various volunteer visiting artists), a mentorship program (one-on-one mentoring with a local artist), along with special summer programming.
