Moderator: Paras Chaudhari
Bio: Paras Chaudhari is a narrative-focused writer and director based in Atlanta. Staying true to his name—meaning alchemist in Hindi—he steers artistic processes that are deeply transformative. His work is rooted in the belief that the filmmaking process should be just as powerful as the stories being told.
In addition to his creative practice, Paras is the Program Director for No Comment, a summer filmmaking fellowship for emerging filmmakers aged 16–24. He centers collaboration, healthy creative culture, and the importance of confronting fear and resistance as essential parts of the artistic journey.
Paras' recent credits include serving as Creative Director, Producer, and actor for an NBCU commercial, Writer, Co-Director and actor of the narrative short the girl with the om tattoo—which screened at two Oscar-qualifying film festivals, including the Atlanta Film Festival 2024—and Producer and Editor of the Webby Award-nominated series Let’s Be Clear for Measures for Justice, for which he also directed one episode.
Known for his empathetic and empowering leadership style, Paras thrives when guiding creative teams—crystallizing vision, and putting faith into action.
