Somatic Sound: Contemporary Yoga

Lead by Sydney McCall

Special Event
Special Event

This is more than just a yoga class—it's an exploration of rhythm, breath, and energy. As Sydney guides you through a mindful flow, while DJs shape the soundscape in real-time, creating a fully sensory, meditative environment designed to ground the body and expand the mind.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning your practice, we invite you to embrace the process—investigate, explore, and move with intention.

Bring your mat, an open mind, and get ready to vibe.

Sydney McCall

Sydney is a 500hr-RYT with 8 years of experience and a continuing education provider through the Yoga Alliance. Through yoga, Sydney was able to discover a holistic embrace for mind and body. Her journey grew into a passion for teaching and the exploration of yogic knowledge. There can be a tendency to think about the product of your practice rather than the process. Sydney hopes to encourage you to embrace the process, exploring and investigating on your own journey with your unique lived experience.
