Alexa Cassill

Alexa is a multi-media artist currently living in Tulum, Mexico. She is presently creating works of poetry and short film, but has a background in digital illustration, performance art, and crafting. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Biology, and has studied magic and meditation for several years. Alexa uses tarot as a way to connect herself and others to the intuitive aspects of the psyche, finding it a helpful way to detach from materialist thinking and to view one’s situation through a mythological lens. Much of her work and practice of living revolves around the idea that cultivating the senses of wonder, play, and imagination infuse daily experience with joy and meaning.
