Marlon Mullen
Born in 1963 in Richmond, CA, Marlon Mullen is autistic and mute. He lives in Rodeo, CA, and has created his work at NIAD (Nurturing Independence through Artistic Development) Art Center in Richmond, CA, since 1993. He was the recipient of the 2015 Wynn Newhouse Award.
