Following the opening of her solo exhibition at the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York, artist, author and filmmaker Sophia Al Maria joins ART PAPERS LIVE in Atlanta for a video presentation. Immediately after the presentation of Al-Maria’s work, she and ART PAPERS contributor Shumon Basar will discuss identity and becoming, in and around that intangible sphere known as the Global South.
