Sydney is a 500hr-RYT with 8 years of experience and a continuing education provider through the Yoga Alliance. Through yoga, Sydney was able to discover a holistic embrace for mind and body. Her journey grew into a passion for teaching and the exploration of yogic knowledge. There can be a tendency to think about the product of your practice rather than the process.
