A DreamSpace Reclaimed!

September 18, 2021 – January 9, 2022

A DreamSpace Reclaimed! is a durational performance via sound installation and lighting that uplifts the question: What if we imagined we have everything we need to craft a world rooted in rest and liberation? The artist, Tricia Hersey, the founder of The Nap Ministry, believes daydreaming and imagination is a tool for our collective liberation. The piece is a deep examination of daydreaming as a form of rest. It will guide and activate the listener into a portal to daydream and unravel from the grips of capitalism and white supremacy. Another World is possible!
