Mika Agari is a multi media artist from Antioch, TN. Her work explores public and private spaces and how they can touch. Agari graduated with her BFA from Watkins College of Art Design & Film. She is the first local video artist to have been screened at Light and Sound Machine at Third Man Records and she has shown in both solo and group exhibitions in spaces in Nashville such as mild c limate, COOP gallery, Track 13, Fort Houston, the Ground Floor Gallery, the Brownlee O. Currey gallery, 40AU, and the Watkins Arcade Gallery. She has also shown regionally her work has been screened at the Asheville Art Museum as well as the Torrance Shipman Gallery in Brooklyn, NY. Agari is also a cocurator at mild climate.
